Cydney Sweeney is a San Antonio, Texas native who has a passion for health, fitness, and nutrition. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition with a concentration in Exercise Science from Abilene Christian University.
Cydney is a former student-athlete in track and field, basketball, and soccer. She has worked as a Wellness Coach for the YMCA and was a central part of their, Culinary Health Education for Families (CHEF) program. This experience allowed her the expertise to develop a comprehensive home school curriculum based on nutrition and wellness.
In her current vocation, Cydney cultivates therapeutic dietary plans, maintains electronic nutritional records and coordinates menu disease specific menu selections for patients at LifeCare Hospitals of San Antonio. She is currently studying to obtain her Master in Nutrition from the University of Alabama Dietetic Program.
She maintains active membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics & member of the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association.
